Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will support the Business and Systems Development team in analyzing, designing, and implementing new business processes and information systems. This role requires a unique combination of technical and business skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business and Systems Development Manager in analyzing and identifying areas for business process and systems improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement new systems, processes, and solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices in business process management and systems development.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including process maps, system requirements, user guides, and training materials.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending and executing adjustments as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users, as required.
- Adapting Wireframes themes and design of new ones with other developers and/or clients.
- Assist on the definition, design and development of Power Platforms and user interfaces.
- Contribute to the tracking and reporting times and efforts invested on the assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business process analysis, systems development, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of project management tools.
- Familiarity with business process modeling, system development methodologies, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Language:
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
