Job Description:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our software solutions. This role involves managing ongoing testing bugs, reviewing, and testing code, and writing technical requirements. The QA Engineer will work closely with our software development team and will be instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Manage ongoing testing bugs and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to resolve any identified issues, ensuring they are fixed in a timely manner.
• Review and test software components for usability, functionality, and performance.
• Write, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify potential areas of improvement.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in PHP, Laravel, Azure Serverless (Logic Apps, App Service, Azure Functions) and MySQL.
• Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus.
