With 180-300 diverse associations, the client was having trouble establishing proper coordination for those charitable societies, and what further worsened the situation was the fact that beneficiaries of the financial support were breaking the law by taking money from multiple charitable associations without their knowledge. Since each beneficiary deserves to receive the financial support only once, the client needed to unify all associations databases (including beneficiaries’ information) under one banner within a single website.
Challenge & Solution
Ctelecoms has helped solve the problem by:
1- Storing the names of the beneficiaries of the charities into a single database.
2- Consolidation of donors to charitable societies
3- Unifying all charities under one portal system
4- Creating Office 365 account and dividing SharePoint into two parts: internal portal for all charitable organizations to have a unified database, and external portal to link each beneficiary to the right charity.
